Are these symptoms of an ear infection or much worse?

After having my ears cleaned 2 weeks ago, my ears were killng the same day I got them cleaned and has been ever since. My right ear is in more painful than my left ear. In my right ear, I'm suffering severe pain. It feels like there's a fullness in my ear, ringing in my ear (like a whistling sound) even though I have tinnitus, it's much worse! I'm having neck pain, pain behind my ear and pain on the right hemisphere of the back of my head (it comes and goes). And on top of that I'm having sleeping difficulty. In my left ear I am experiencing fullness and pain but not as severe as the right ear. Also when I went to get my ears cleaned, the doctor used the same cleaning tool after he finished cleaning my daughter's ears. Can you help me???
