Was it USC fanaticism that allowed Matt Leinart and Reggie Bush to steal their Heisman Trophies?

Charges should be brought aainst the NCAA if they fail to penalize USC for their cheating just because USC is their top earner. They wouldn't be playing football right now if they were any other team! Great question- have a star!
