TTC Please Help Any Advice Confused About My Symptoms?

Hello everyone I am TTC and I am looking for good advice and personal experiences. My have normal periods last month in August I BD before, during, and after ovulation so I thought I had conceived. However, on Sept. 8 I got my period it was different then my normal period it's was much lighter than usual. My period ended on Sunday the 12 today on the 15 when I used the bathroom I noticed that I had some discharge that had pink in it. This is usual I have never had this especially 3 days after my period has ended. I think I might be pregnant these are my symptoms lower back pain (I've had this since the 6 everyday now) this is also usual for me, peeing a lot more in a day I'll probably urinate 20 or more times a day, I have lost my appetite (I do not have nausea or vomiting at all, my are not sore or tender what so ever, but feel slightly heavier, and I have been very gy. In your opinion does it sound like I'm pregnant or not? Need advice is greatly appreciated also if you had a similar situation to mines please share the outcome. Thanks!
