Why isn't harold camping in the crazy house yet?

He needs to be in prison, not the crazy house. He's made million of dollars by scamming people out of money. People gave up their money, possessions and families to follow him. There was also a news story about a woman who slashed her throat and her daughters' throats to save them from going through the tribulation. Luckily, one of her friends showed up as they were bleeding out and they all survived, but that woman is in prison and her girls are without a mom because they fed into his lies.
