How can you look up old IM conversations?

I am trying to pull up an old IM conversation (On Windows Live Messenger), but I am having difficulty trying to find that one particular conversation. I know this conversation happened about four weeks ago, or somewhere around September 22nd. I have the IM options set to save the conversation automatically. Does anyone know where I could access my saved IMs?
