Baby holding bottle?

My 12 mo daughter will hold her own bottle or sippy cup if she is laying down in my arms. She still doesn't seem to get the hang of holding a bottle or larger sippy cup while sitting up or laying down on her own. When she's laying down on her own she gets distracted and wants to crawl around and when she's sitting up she doesn't seem to be get how to prop it up, she's totally content to just suck on the spout or nipple like a pacifier (she doesn't use one anymore). She's a super active kid and totally uninterested in eating bottle/sippy cup/table food. I guess most people will say that I just need to let her feed herself and if she crawls away then oh well but I feel as though if I didn't get her to stop to eat and hold her while she eats she would be perfectly happy to eat a LOT less than she does and I'm concerned about her weight/nutrition.
