Why do people who are unwilling to learn ask questions like, "Why is Africa so messed up"?

I think that african clture needs a better government that will spread money into the economy.. and I think the people in africa need to be more innovative and create technology and have structure into the continent have up to date things and become more educated..i mean come on if africans can come to the US and become doctors and pharmacists they can too in there own country.
