30 billion in U.S. arms to Saudi Arabia? Exactly how many of the 9/11 hijackers were Saudi?

Am I missing something here or isn't Saudi Arabia the foremost exporter of radical Islamic dictatorship in the world, and didn't they attack the U.S. on 9/11. How can Bush justify this, it's worse than trying to sell our ports to a MiddleEastern country.
