Christmas Dinner Ideas?

My family has never really done a christmas dinner or anything like that but now I am an adult and have my own family. My son is 1 and I would like to start a family tradition. What does your family do for Christmas dinner. I have heard people say they eat duck for christmas but its not something i see in the store often. We have no dietary restrictions or allergies so all ideas are welcome. Also if you could give me links to the recipes or add the inheritance i would be so thankful.
