Does anyone, who lives in Indianapolis, IN, know if public schools.....?

allow students to have piercings (besides ear piercings) because i want a nose piercing and i just want to know?? Because i read that the Indy schools are very strict about their dress code (all the students at Indy schools have to wear a uniform blahhh!!!) And we are moving to Indianapolis.
