i had a baby a while ago now (my fourth) and i eventually returned to my original weight but this time is different i have cut right down on refined sugars and have been exercising everyday so the fat is gone from my mid section (nearly 5 stones) i have another 1 stone to lose to get back to my original weight but my arms and sides are not toning up aswell as i thought i'm starting to lose the will to keep on the nurse told me today i have keytones?????!! because i don't get enough protein but i thought i was.....so now i'm confused.... help?
