Is TNA racist?

Listen, they had Billy Gunn in Blackface from what I was told, I heard Christian Cage say nappy headed ho to Booker's wife and kurt angle said to samoa joe "I'd rather be a jack than a samoan." I'm part white and part native american and I can see how I would feel if they had directed that to natives. I'm not saying they are, I'm just saying it seems that way.
