Purchased item has not shipped?

On the 23rd (Wednesday) I had bought a Flesh-light (there, I said it), and purchased it with my cash card. The item put together plus shipping set me back $75. ILF, LLC later sent me an email that confirmed my purchase, and informed me that they would send me another email when my item had shipped. I deleted the email , which now I am currently kicking myself for, because I didn't want my email account to fill up with spam or ads because of the site. I have checked my email every day since then for the item's confirmed shipment, but it has never arrived! I checked my bank site to see if I had successfully purchased it, which says I did, it says that ILF, LLC had debited $75 from my cash card account, BUT IT STILL HAS NOT SAID IT HAS SHIPPED! What should I do?
