Trying to remember this video game where you have to fight aliens, could destroy many objects, cont.?

I might actually be mixing 2 vid games in one. but anyways its super popular, and you levitate things... i think i remmeber, and use element powers. it was on earth, going through a city/buildings. I think it came out 3-4 yrs ago, and the coolest part being you could destroy many objects lying around, boxes etc. xbox?
