I was on Face Book when i noticed someone commented my picture by saying "‎5ra 3leha sho nice picture hhhh mtl 2l zombi hhhh." What does that mean? After that someone commented saying "No." I know the person who commented the picture is from Syria & knows Arabic. Maybe there was slang involved or is in the Arabic language? I Dont Know, can someone please help me?
