Computer virus problem?

i have used kaspersky,nod 32,norton,avg,windows live one care,quick heal,spyware blaster,spy bot search and destroy,spy remover,Trojan guarder,micro world anti virus,spyware doctor,threat fire,cyber defender,dr.web cure it,disk heal,panda anti virus,mcafee.none of them are able to clear my virus.i am sure i have a virus because when i click on any of my hard disks it gives me the option browse i.e to open with some program and my comp has become very slow.
