I'm 20 and recently while taking a shower i felt sumthn hard n round in my right , wats it?

its a small pebble like thing i felt inside my right towards the right end! this is freaking me out, i cant even talk to my mom abt it! is it serious? it doesn't pain or anything!! wat should i do?
