it is astonishing, isn't it? apparently he is the first man in american history to call a woman "sweetie" judging by his opponents' reaction. these same people seem to have forgotten bush's attempt to give german chancellor angela merkel a back rub she did NOT request and mccain calling his wife "trollop" and worse in front of witnesses.
