What are these painfull bumps under my tongue?

For the 3rd time this yr i have a bunch of painful small soars under my tongue. i first thought that they were canker soares but now i am not sure. I know they aren't an STD because my hubby and i are both faithful does anyone have any ideas what this may be? I have had it for about 3-4 days now and it has been a few moths since the last time i had it. I would go to the Dr but the economy hit home and i just can't afford it for now. Any help on this would be appreciated. thank you!
