Will American style "laissez faire" minium rules fertility clinics come to the UK within say 15-20 years?

And would you object ? Whats the problem?Aren't they to some extent with their relaxed rules just refining the selections matchmaking we already do .EG selecting sperm donors with desirable characteristics from a brochure?
