yes i agree - im in murray and its a college town. all the jobs are given to college students, and very expensive to live here. im supposed to be in low income housing but my rent is over 100 dollaRS. lots of the people are rude and will stab you in the back. i dont think its such a pretty place to live , atleast in murray. ive only been to greenville tn which i thought was very pretty and the people were nice and courteous.

You can wear what you like. You can bring the type of reading material you want (maybe not ). You can usually have an iPod or MP3 player if you like to listen to music (or a little radio with headphones). You can bring your own food. You've been summoned with a bunch of other people so it doesn't mean you've been selected to serve on an actual jury, yet. And a lot of the time you'll just be sitting in the general jury room with everyone else who was summoned waiting for your name/number to be called to go to a courtroom for possible jury selection. And you'll sit in the courtroom while the case is explained to you and the lawyers-judges do their little speeches to prepare you for what will happen. And only then will they call you by name/number to come up and be individually questioned. All the rest of the time, you'll just be sitting there and can read (probably can't have headphones on). Don't bring a huge amount of stuff since you'll need to lug it around with you even if you go to the bathroom. The less noisy the things you have the better because you can't disrupt or disturb what goes on in the courtroom. Answer questions honestly and without story. If any of the lawyers are interested in finding out more from you, they'll ask you about it and you just need to answer whatever they ask. Don't get into an elaborate detailed story telling thing. The lawyers only have a limited amount of time to select a jury so as entertaining as it might be, you can't be taking up too much time. Plus if you jabber too much and enjoy it too much, you'll be dismissed because the lawyers will see you as a gossip and won't want you blabbing so much about their case if you were on the jury.

Are there leave of absences during a college semester?

I'm currently a college freshman. My semester ends in May and I am having health problems as a dorm student. I have a low heartbeat, low blood sugar, dizziness, lightheaded, trouble sleeping, anxiety/panic attacks, episodes after I eat where I have trouble speaking, body aches every day and chronic fatigue. TTC Please Help Any Advice Confused About My Symptoms?

Hello everyone I am TTC and I am looking for good advice and personal experiences. My have normal periods last month in August I BD before, during, and after ovulation so I thought I had conceived. However, on Sept. 8 I got my period it was different then my normal period it's was much lighter than usual. My period ended on Sunday the 12 today on the 15 when I used the bathroom I noticed that I had some discharge that had pink in it. This is usual I have never had this especially 3 days after my period has ended. I think I might be pregnant these are my symptoms lower back pain (I've had this since the 6 everyday now) this is also usual for me, peeing a lot more in a day I'll probably urinate 20 or more times a day, I have lost my appetite (I do not have nausea or vomiting at all, my are not sore or tender what so ever, but feel slightly heavier, and I have been very gy. In your opinion does it sound like I'm pregnant or not? Need advice is greatly appreciated also if you had a similar situation to mines please share the outcome. Thanks!

After having my ears cleaned 2 weeks ago, my ears were killng the same day I got them cleaned and has been ever since. My right ear is in more painful than my left ear. In my right ear, I'm suffering severe pain. It feels like there's a fullness in my ear, ringing in my ear (like a whistling sound) even though I have tinnitus, it's much worse! I'm having neck pain, pain behind my ear and pain on the right hemisphere of the back of my head (it comes and goes). And on top of that I'm having sleeping difficulty. In my left ear I am experiencing fullness and pain but not as severe as the right ear. Also when I went to get my ears cleaned, the doctor used the same cleaning tool after he finished cleaning my daughter's ears. Can you help me???

How long will it take to report on my Credit Report if I pay a loan off in whole?

I was recently in a car wreck, and Im preparing to purchase my next vehicle (Suzuki GSX-R) and I am choosing to finance just so that I can save my cash and money saved up for the upcoming semester, But I was wondering how long would it take for an auto-loan to clear my credit report once the payment is made in full? I ask because I know that with my Credit being basicly brand new, only about a year or so old, how long would it take the Credit Bureaus to show the payment of the loan, as to decrease my Debt -to-income ratio so that I can qualify to finance my bike without a co-signer??

Kris Allen should've won and he did win and there are no turn backs so it's all good. I think Kris desrved this title. yeah Ive got it, i did an upgrade from vista, it worked OK, was not responding on the early hours i installed it but as time went by it became great, starts faster, resumes faster, good interface, i would give it 8/10. Later on i decided to get the recovery disk and try to get vista back, i don't know why, so it brought an error, so i had to go back to windows 7 with the CD, and i ad to do a Clean install. After i did that, my video card was not detected, but then i restarted my comp and it came back, my Video card was detected. Wonderful

One of the reeds was ripped in half. After putting the reed cage and carb back in it wouldnt start. It was left in a rain storm and the intake was left uncovered as was the bike. Baby holding bottle?

My 12 mo daughter will hold her own bottle or sippy cup if she is laying down in my arms. She still doesn't seem to get the hang of holding a bottle or larger sippy cup while sitting up or laying down on her own. When she's laying down on her own she gets distracted and wants to crawl around and when she's sitting up she doesn't seem to be get how to prop it up, she's totally content to just suck on the spout or nipple like a pacifier (she doesn't use one anymore). She's a super active kid and totally uninterested in eating bottle/sippy cup/table food. I guess most people will say that I just need to let her feed herself and if she crawls away then oh well but I feel as though if I didn't get her to stop to eat and hold her while she eats she would be perfectly happy to eat a LOT less than she does and I'm concerned about her weight/nutrition.

You can mount a 42", I have a mounted 52". The problem is that you need atleast 2-3 people to mount it, I would just hire a handyman and have him do it (that's what I did). And yes, there are swivel mounts that swivel your television. But I am not sure for 42" televisions, make sure you do your research for the firmest one.

I think if it were my place I'd go with a 1/2 hp. submersible unit, and don't buy one of the cheap $79 units Home Depot carries if you want it to last longer than a couple years. The bearings in submersibles are sealed, watertight, as you might expect they would have to be, so the clay you mention shouldn't be a problem, other than the possibilty of it building up on the bottom of the pit. The 1/2 hp. should be strong enough to restart regardless of how much water is in the pipes.

Typically the longer the better. You always have to cycle your tank and if you do it longer it wont hurt. I would say wait at LEAST a week. Just make sure you are testing your parameters each day, and once they are fine you could start adding some of your more hardy fish. Always at the most delicate fish last. Also never add more than 3 fish a week because it will cause too much stress.

To give you a example years ago i lived in a part of FT.Worth Texas known as white settlement. We all attended this Baptist Church and one particular Sunday evening service they were voting to keep there current Pastor or replace him with a new younger one. To make a long story short the congregation divided in voting between the two with the old Pastor literally cussing out those who voted against him and they all ended up in a free for all, and the FT.Worth Police had to come and quiet it all down.Being young and all we all stood outside the Church and watched the cursing and shouting and hymnals being thrown and were laughing our rear ends off.

Doc and HV seems to think it doesnt and that gaviscon has little or no side effects...?!! However our 9 week old baby boy was prescribed it to treat acid reflux 3 weeks ago, and it has really worked wonders he's rarely sick doesnt cry and no longer writhes in pain for hours at a time. However, he now cant go for a poo!! He does go once a day normally, probably 5 days out of 7. But (sorry to be descriptive) it's hard like a pebble, PATHETICALLY small and it takes 30 minutes of straining , scarlet- purple face and his vein popping out of this head!!! It's awful i can't bear it. I'm sure it's also causing him to not eat as much perhaps cos he is bloated?? As he is up throughout the night and only drinking 1-2 fl oz at a time if we're lucky. He is on double doses as is 12lbs (advised double dose if over 10lb) have tried going on to single dose but gaviscon is uneffective, but still no change in poo. Is it worth putting up with the refluxz for a while or is it really not possible for gaviscon to be the cause of this? Please note we are using Cow & Gate comfort milk as well which is especially for colicky and constipated babies!

I think for Paul Pierce as a whole it was more dramatic because he won the championship and becuase he grew up in a more dangerous neighborhood than Reggie. Both of those guys play differently too. Pierce needs the ball in his hands to create his own shot while Reggie runs off screens for threes. For a totally different lifetime experience.. i would suggest portugal, egypt, brazil and ghana because these countries are very different compared to US[ i'm uming you're from US]. EFW on growth scan at 33 weeks?

I have recently had a growth scan due to my previous daughter being a small weight at term (5lb 13oz) and although the sonographer was unable to measure the HC due to fetal lie she gave a estimated fetal weight of 186.7g, now this equates to not even being a 1lb in weight at this stage..we asked if everything seemed normal at the scan and she said yes, could this be a typing error on her part and more likely to be 1867g which would put her in the 15th percentile and thus being small but quite normal? I'm worried now. I dont have another consultation until next week but this will do my head in till then.

Ok so im 13 years old...i have an older brother who is 15 years old...and i have another who is 24 years old...my parents filed for divorce in like 2005...we had money since my dad is a doctor...since i was a little kid...i never saw all the fighting and problems going really and i didn't understand it...my oldest brother did drugs when he was like 15...i love my older brother and hes a good person now with a job and wants to be sucessful...but i NEVER understood why he would do all those bad things like drugs and stuff...until now...so since like 2007...i have been suppose to be going to my dads house on the weekends (though i rarely did) and going to his house on tuesdays after school (which i always did) it was hard for me but i did it because i dind't want my mother to get into trouble...in 2009...my mom got sent to jail for like 2 days for like contempt for us not going to my dads house...My dad did it and i couldn't believe that he would do that to my mom...i hated him and i thought so low of him...then he did it again in september of 2009...i just wished he would get hurt...i was happy girl...i have a tendency to look on the bright side...i have very good grades...good friends...im bery good at sports...and we have money...i used to be happy living with my mom and rarely seeing my dad...I was loving my life because i found a way to not thing about going to the police station every other friday at 6:00...but i never actually went to his house on the weekends...it was something i never looked forward too...tuesdays wasn't that big a deal for me...i was doing pretty much fine..i was happy and enjoying my teenage years...my parents have been to court multiple times and my worst fear was always me having to go live with my dad...but the final decree thing came in november and it said my brother and i had to go live with my dad...i got very depressed but i kept hoping something would happen...nothing did....i had to live with him in the beginning of december....you don't understand what he does to me...just being here and what it does to me is terrible....first...he took my cell phone...then my ugg boots...then my snow pants and all my northface coats...except one jacket...then then my itouch...then my laptop...then all the cable...and next it is probably going to be the internet...ok well first i call my mom alot...so he took my phone because he didn't want me talking to her..and he also took ALL the home phones...i have no contact with anybody except for facebook...music and tv and talking to my mother constantly is what keeps me going...o i forgot to mention that he is NEVER HERE...i have "babysitters" that take me and my brother too and from school everyday and other stuff.....he leaves before i wake up and sometimes comes back when i am sleeping...What is the point of being here...i sit her alone with nothing and my brother and this stranger...im so depressed...everyday i hope that he doens't come home...i am soo miserble...i don't say that im some drama queen spoiled girl who is a brat...because i would rather go home and stay there and not have anything then be here and have all those things...i wouldn't care about them if i was just at home...i don't even talk to him anymore...im so miserble...if something happened to my mom...i honestly think i would kill myself...the only thing keeping my going is that i might be able to go home soon because my mom is going to court soon...theres no reasoning with my dad....its always his way....my oldest bro had to deal with him and i don't know how he did it...thats why he was how he was....its because of my dad...oh and there are police reports because he has like bruised me before like 6 times...but no body cares because is ****** rich and pays everyone...my mom doens't have that much money and she is from europe....my dad reminds me of Clint Buchanon form One Life To Live if anyone watches that show...i am just so depresses...i know many people prob wish they were me...i just think that im going to be successful and im never going to talk to him again and be happy when i am older...i would prefer that be very soon...i dont know how much longer i can take being here....any advice is appreciated ((((:

Well, taking a cold shower won't help, as it takes warm water to wash bacteria off of the skin. You can finish your shower cooler, to close the pores, but I would wash in warm/hot water. I was having a conversation with my daughter (13) last night about drugs and alcohol and she said that she thought it was ok to have, and hang around with friends/kids who do drugs, but still not do them herself. I told her it is ok to hang around with friends who smoke cigarettes (just don't start yourself) but definitely NOT one who does drugs. The difference is cigarettes aren't illegal, just very bad for you. Drugs are illegal and even if you don't do them, you will go down with those who do just for being there. this happened to my friend during one of our track seasons. she eventually just had to sit out and not run for the rest of the year :( i know that's not the news you want to hear, so hopefully the doctor will have some more promising predictions. This happened to me this year during track season, but it was more mild than what you are describing. i think it is just because you are probably working really hard and your muscles are screaming at you lol :) but how to fix it...you could either sit out, or put some muscle relief cream on it, ice it, put a heating bad on it, and mage your calf and shin everyday. It seems like its Healing pretty well. the burns are located from the middle left backside up the should and some around the neck all the way down to middle right of her tummy. But she got 1st degree burns on her neck. That's where it hurts her the most. Around her shoulder and neck. Would those parts still heal.? and how could we stop the gauze pad from sticking to her flesh (second degree burns). for pain we give her 1 teaspoon by mouth of acetaminophen/codeine
